Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfecting

In addition, to our normal cleaning process we are following the CDC recommendations for cleaning and disinfecting the center. To help prevent germ sharing we have removed toys, books and magazines from our lobby and exam rooms. Please know all items in the rooms are thoroughly sanitized between each room use. In addition all stations are wiped down several times a day and the front desk registration items are wiped down after each use. This may cause a delay, we appreciate your understanding.

Screening Patients

To help minimize exposure, we are implementing screening measures that require patients to wait in their car until a room is ready. When patients arrive at the front door, we will have someone assessing symptoms and will register them at the door or behind a screen at the registration desk. We allow only one parent or guardian to accompany the patient in the exam room.

Smiles Behind the Mask

As part of our new normal everyone, including parents, patients, providers and staff will wear a mask while interacting with patients.  You may not see our smiles, but you will see our friendly and caring eyes! We understand the challenge of little ones wearing masks, thank you for your support in this important safety measure.

We ask that all patients call ahead or notify us immediately upon arrival if you have a fever or signs/symptoms of lower respiratory illness (e.g. cough or shortness of breath) AND have had close contact with a laboratory confirmed COVID-19 patient.
