Scheduling a Telemedicine visit allows you to connect with a Children’s Hospital Urgent Care Provider from the comfort of your home.

  • Select ‘Request a Telemedicine’ Visit
  • Follow the prompts to input information about the child and parent/guardian
  • Select a time convenient to your schedule
  • A link will be sent to you for your virtual visit

The child’s primary care office will receive a summary of your virtual visit.
