East Tennessee's First Pediatric Urgent Care

East Tennessee’s Children’s Hospital Urgent Care supports families and their physicians by delivering immediate medical care for children—newborns to 21 years of age—when their doctor’s office is closed. Our Board-Certified Pediatricians, Physician Assistants and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses are here when you need us.

5 Star Google Review

I will forever continue to use this office anytime my children are in need of medical care outside of their primary care physician. The staff was incredible! Even though my child and I were not the only ones they were caring for we sure did feel like it. My 3 year old busted his chin at the pool and was in need of stitches, the dr and nurses were extremely nurturing and were so good with him. A few hours after making it home he jumped off our kitchen table and tore his stitched wound open. I put him in the car and took him back in arriving at 10 pm, one hour before their closing time, and not once did I feel like we were inconveniencing them. They were happy to help! As some may think, well thats their job, I need to add it is very rare to get that kind of service and attention these days. If you find yourself in a situation where your child needs medical attention I highly recommend making this your first stop. July 2021
